(His voice hoarse, clearly tired) I speak for a country whose survival depends on the decisions we take. No one can doubt my interest in this matter.  It is a negotiation. We don't always get what we want. For the last year, we have said the Cancun talks should develop the building blocks for an agreement in Durban. And we should not take time now. We should accept these packages. Can you really hear the applause in the audience, (wild applause again. Civil society is loud) that speaks for itself!
