Indigenous Affairs Critic Lorraine Rekmans discusses Treaty Rights and Indigenous health at World Uranium Symposium tomorrow

(OTTAWA) - Lorraine Rekmans, the Green Party’s Indigenous Affairs Critic and candidate for Leeds – Grenville – Thousand Islands and Rideau Lakes, speaks at the World Uranium Symposium tomorrow in Quebec. 

Ms. Rekmans will discuss the impacts uranium mining has on Treaty Rights and Indigenous health from the experiences of Serpent River Nation members at Elliot Lake.
