“While pandemic restrictions continue to limit gatherings and religious services, we hope that families will find safe and meaningful ways to celebrate this important holiday,” said Green Party Leader Annamie Paul. “As spring returns to the northern hemisphere, Easter Sunday serves as a powerful symbol and reminder that growth and renewal are constantly reflected in the circle of life.
“It has been a long, dark and difficult winter, but we there are reasons to hold onto hope and optimism for better days ahead. To all those celebrating, a happy Easter from all of us here at the Green Party.”
